Protocol

Treatments & Protocol

NK cells are part of the immune system's surveillance function. At Cellforce One, NK-related consultation starts with medical history, cancer history, current treatment status, screening results, and physician explanation.

The filed / notified Category III provision plan number is PB3250244. Filing describes the provider framework and does not by itself determine treatment suitability.

The clinic first organizes records, imaging, bloodwork, inflammation / immune context, medical history, medications, and goals.

The physician then reviews whether NK, MSC, referral, follow-up, or no regenerative-medicine procedure is appropriate. No single test determines the decision by itself.

NK consultation is reviewed in relation to immune context and the filed Category III provision plan PB3250244.

MSC consultation is reviewed under Category II provision plans for chronic pain (PB3240161 / PB3250154) or osteoarthritis (PB3240166 / PB3250155). Route and suitability are determined by the physician.

EV / exosome-related topics are reviewed separately by the physician. They are not presented as a front-door regenerative-medicine treatment or promised result.

Purpose, route, risks, costs, and alternatives require individual explanation.

The number of sessions depends on your health status, treatment goals, and cell type used. Many patients begin with a single infusion and assess response before considering additional sessions. Some opt for ongoing periodic maintenance.

Your treating physician will discuss an individualised protocol based on your Precision Check results and consultation.

Stem cells are undifferentiated cells capable of developing into the specialised cell types that make up the body. MSCs (Mesenchymal Stem Cells) can differentiate into bone, cartilage, fat, and muscle tissue. Research also suggests that MSCs secrete anti-inflammatory cytokines and growth factors that may promote repair of surrounding tissue.

Administration method depends on your treatment goals. Intravenous (IV) infusion is used for systemic protocols, while direct local injection is used for targeted areas such as joints or the knee. Your physician will explain the recommended method based on your individual plan.

Cell-processing details depend on the applicable filed plan and related contract. The clinic manages five provision plans and six related cell-processing / operational contracts, with annual or periodic reporting and necessary filing management.

International

International Patients

Yes. We welcome international patients and provide support for medical stay visa applications. Our standard one-day programme is designed to fit comfortably alongside a Tokyo trip: morning precision diagnostics, afternoon cell infusion, and an evening in Ginza.

Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to begin planning your visit.

Yes. All consultations, treatment explanations, and consent documentation are available in English. We have experience serving patients from English-speaking countries, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to treatment, a Precision Check (comprehensive blood panel) is required and MRI imaging may be recommended depending on your treatment goals. The blood panel includes infectious disease screening, inflammation markers, and immune cell profiling.

If a communicable disease is detected, treatment cannot proceed. MRI is used to evaluate joint and musculoskeletal health, or as part of a whole-body screening. Results are reviewed by the physician to confirm suitability and design your personalised protocol.

Safety & Compliance

Safety & Legal Basis

Cellforce One Clinic Tokyo manages filed / notified provision plans under Japan's Act on Safety of Regenerative Medicine. The five plan numbers are PB3240161, PB3240166, PB3250154, PB3250155, and PB3250244.

Filing describes the provider framework and is distinct from national endorsement of treatment effect.

Individual responses vary. Mild, temporary reactions such as localised swelling, redness, discomfort, fever, or fatigue may occur depending on route and condition.

Your physician will explain possible risks, alternatives, costs, and follow-up before written informed consent.

Individual responses vary. Research suggests that changes following cellular therapy may develop over a period of weeks to months. Your health status, number of sessions, and lifestyle all influence the timeline. We recommend regular follow-up appointments and use biomarker tracking to monitor progress.

There is no fixed age limit. Suitability is assessed individually by the treating physician, taking into account health status, medical history, and treatment objectives. Treatment is not provided to minors.

Treatment cannot proceed if communicable diseases are identified in the pre-treatment infectious disease screening. Individuals whose health status or medical history is outside the scope of our protocols will be advised accordingly at consultation.

For autologous adipose-derived stem cell treatment, approximately 10–20 mL of fat tissue is collected — roughly equivalent to two small marbles. Collection is performed under local anaesthesia from a discreet site (typically periumbilical or gluteal region) and does not require general anaesthesia or hospitalisation.
